Our paediatric services at Reliance Care and Support provide thorough assessment, diagnosis, and management for children with a wide range of developmental and medical conditions. We work closely with families and our multidisciplinary allied health team to develop coordinated care plans that support your child's growth and development. Our paediatrician assesses and manages conditions including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, behavioural challenges, growth and feeding concerns, and chronic childhood conditions. We coordinate with our occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, and dietitians to ensure your child receives comprehensive, integrated care under one roof.

Yes. Paediatric consultations can be funded under NDIS Improved Daily Living supports. Our paediatrician works with NDIS participants to assess developmental conditions, create management plans, and coordinate with our allied health team. Medicare-funded consultations are also available with a GP referral.
How do I get a paediatrician referral?
You need a referral from your GP to see a paediatrician under Medicare. NDIS participants can access paediatric services as part of their plan. Contact your GP for a referral, then call us on 03 9958 6699 to book your appointment at our Truganina clinic.
What does a developmental paediatrician assess?
A developmental paediatrician assesses children for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, global developmental delays, speech and language delays, behavioural difficulties, learning challenges, and other conditions affecting development. Assessments involve a thorough clinical evaluation and may include standardised testing.
