Reliance Care and Support

Reliance Care and Support is an allied health and NDIS services provider, part of the Reliance Medical family. We work from 341C Forsyth Road in Truganina — the same building as the medical centre, so a GP referral and the therapy appointment are at one address.

Our team covers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, dietetics, osteopathy, exercise physiology and diabetes education. As a registered NDIS provider we support plan-managed and self-managed participants, and the first consultation is free with no obligation to proceed.
