About Khem Khanal
Khem Khanal is a seasoned accounting and people-management professional whose career reflects a synthesis of technical rigor, ethical philosophy, and psychological insight into organizational life. Educated in Accounting and Administration from Certificate III through to a Master’s degree, Khem’s academic journey spans Kangan TAFE (Broadmeadows), RMIT University (Melbourne), and Deakin University (Melbourne), Australia.
A Registered Accountant in Australia since 2012, Khem is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants and the Institute of Financial Accountants, and a Member of the National Tax & Accountants Association. These professional affiliations reflect a sustained commitment to integrity, professional accountability, and lifelong learning.
Complementing technical expertise, Khem’s formal study of people management at Deakin University informs a psychologically attuned leadership approach—one that values motivation, governance, and ethical responsibility.
