DIETITIAN

Best Dietitian near me for weight loss

If you or a loved one could benefit from some professional guidance on how to eat healthier and take better care of yourself, the NDIS Dietitians are here to help.

Our NDIS-approved dietitians at RelianceCare work with each individual to tailor dietary recommendations to their specific needs, preferences, and abilities. This involves recommending certain diets as a means of treating and preventing ailments. Together with our clients, their loved ones, and caretakers, we help them learn about nutrition and establish good eating routines that work for them.

Each one of our clients, regardless of age or health status, can benefit from our dietary therapy. Clients with diabetes, food allergies, or dietary intolerances, as well as those who are overweight or obese, are among those we help. Health and nutrition guidance tailored to a patient’s diagnosis, or more broad guidance applicable to everybody, is something we’re happy to offer. Our Nutritionists and Dietitians, who are NDIS-approved professionals, take great delight in providing personalized care.

As part of their holistic approach to helping their clients succeed, the professionals at Reliance Care and Assistance provide Allied Health care services and support.

Please speak with a helpful member of our staff or submit a completed referral form if you have any questions or would want to make use of our Dietician services.

Here at Reliance Care, we aim to help our clients learn the skills they need to become self-sufficient, and we do this by providing them with the resources they need to do so. As part of this autonomy, our dietitians provide you with the latest scientific nutritional information translated into practical guidance on how to eat well, so you may understand dietary requirements and make good eating choices.

The way we help our customers is multifaceted. When necessary, our dietitians collaborate with our occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, fitness professionals, health professional assistants, social services, and psychologists to provide a cohesive and all-encompassing treatment experience.

Her areas of interest include Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI). ABA is an intervention in which the principles of
learning theory are applied in a systematic and measurable manner to increase, reduce, maintain, and/or generalise target behaviours. In IBI programs, each child’s strengths and weaknesses are assessed and a comprehensive program is created for the child. Jasmine uses ABA and IBA approach and its techniques to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and children with Intellectual Disability improve their social skills, self-care skills, communication skills, play skills and ability to manage their own behaviour. These techniques help reduce difficult behaviour

needs from early school age through to adulthood. Jasmine believes in strength-based, family and child inclusive, and recovery-orientated approach to achieve the desired outcome.
